Robert Bergin coaches reality-based martial arts and combat sports, and is the author of The 7 Powerful Principles of Martial Arts, which introduced the core concepts of the revolutionary CIC&PC training, coaching and self-coaching paradigm. He is currently developing a wide range of information resources to bring the CIC&PC concepts to martial artists and physical culture enthusiasts everywhere. In addition to various qualifications in physical culture, he holds an LL.B degree in Law and is currently engaged in an MA in Psychology.
